The Program of "Around the New World in Eighty Years" is Online, Available for Download.

The program of the chamber-music concert Around the New World in Eighty Years - Un giro nel Nuovo Mondo in ottant'anni is online, available for download. ICAMus sponsors and contributes to an American program for clarinet-violin-piano trio in Bologna, Italy, on November 25, 2016. Gabrielle Baffoni (clarinet), Brandon Christensen (violin) and Anna Quaranta (piano); works by Daniel Gregory Mason, Leonard Bernstein, Harold Schiffman, Jeanne Singer, Charles E. Ives and Béla Bartók. Co-sponsored by the University of Bologna and the Museo Internazionale e Biblioteca della Musica di Bologna.

Béla Bartók - Contrasts

Contrasts (1938-1939) the trio for clarinet, violin and piano by Béla Bartók (1881-1945) was promoted by Joseph Szigeti and commissioned by Benny Goodman, who premiered the piece at Carnegie Hall in 1940, with Szigeti, and the composer at the piano.
