Caroline Helton, soprano, and Kathryn Goodson, piano; Blue Griffin Recording, Inc., 2017. This new CD features works by composers who emigrated to the Americas to escape Nazi deportation: Mario Castelnuovo-Tedesco, Renzo Massarani and Vittorio Rieti; it also includes works by Leone Sinigaglia. ICAMus and Aloma Bardi have collaborated to this project with ongoing research on this rare repertoire and its rediscovery.
