Paolo Somigli teaches a Seminar on Foster at the Scuola di Musica di Prato, Italy, where an ICAMus performance project is in preparation. Dr. Somigli is Assistant Professor of Musicology and Music History at the Facoltà di Scienze della Formazione of the Libera Università di Bolzano – Bressanone, and has been a member of the ICAMus Board of Directors since 2007. The Seminar, addressed to the teachers and students of the School who are studying the program, focuses on historically informed performance, and on issues of voicing and authenticity. The Associazione Culturale "I Fiori Musicali" a non-profit organization that promotes musical education, also collaborates on this event. The Seminar is not open to the general public, but it is followed by two public events: a pre-concert lecture by Marta Poggesi and a Foster performance scheduled on 22 October 2011 in the Teatro Magnolfi, Prato.
